Hot Tub Showroom in Athlone, Visit Elite Spa Gardens
Hot tub showrooms in Ireland are rarer than you would think. Most retailers now sell entirely online, which means you are picking a hot tub, a purchase you might live with for fifteen years, from a few photos and a spec sheet. Our showroom in Athlone is the one thing an online-only competitor cannot offer: somewhere to sit in the tub before you buy it.
We are at Bonavalley, Dublin Road, Athlone, Co. Westmeath, roughly in the middle of the country and reachable from Dublin, Galway or Limerick without it eating your whole day. Have a look around, and if you want proper one-to-one time with the team, book ahead.

Where to Find Us
Our showroom address is Bonavalley, Dublin Road, Athlone, Co. Westmeath, N37 W9E8. We are open Monday to Saturday, 9 am to 6 pm, with Sunday visits available by appointment. Free parking is available on site.
Athlone's central position is part of the appeal. We get customers driving in from Dublin, Galway and Limerick, and plenty from towns in between, because there simply are not many hot tub showrooms in the midlands to compare against. For a lot of people, it turns what could be a full day out into a straightforward trip there and back.
(By Appointment Only)
What You Will Find When You Visit
A website can tell you a hot tub has 45 jets. It cannot tell you what that feels like, whether the seat depth suits you, or how loud the pump is once it is running. Browsing our hot tub range online first is a good way to narrow things down, but this is the point of coming in:
See the models properly assembled. Not a stock photo. The actual tub, in the actual finish.
Sit in a few and compare them side by side. Jet placement and seat depth vary more between models than people expect.
Ask direct questions. About installation, running costs, delivery timelines, whatever is on your mind.
Talk through your space. Bring photos or measurements of your garden or patio and we will help you work out what fits.
Every hot tub in our range runs on a Balboa control system, which manages temperature, jets, lighting and filtration cycles from a single touch panel. It is easier to judge how a control panel suits you once you have used one.
The Only Place in Ireland to See Aquavia Spa Hot Tubs in Person
As Ireland's official Aquavia Spa distributor, our showroom is the only place in the country where you can see and sit in Aquavia's hot tubs before buying. If European design and manufacturing is something you are weighing up alongside our own ESG range, this is the way to compare them properly rather than guessing from photos.
Hot tubs are not the only thing on display. Our outdoor saunas, indoor saunas, swim spas and ice baths are here too, if hot and cold contrast therapy or a fitness element is part of what you are building. It is worth a single visit rather than separate trips if you are considering more than one product. The gallery will give you a preview of installed setups before you come.
What Is Harder to Judge From a Screen
A hot tub is a big purchase, both in cost and in how long it sticks around, and a few things are easier to judge in person:
- Build quality. Shell thickness, cabinet finish and general fit are obvious the moment you touch a tub.
- Comfort. Seat depth and jet positioning suit different body types differently.
- Direct advice. Our team can talk you out of a model that does not suit your space just as readily as they will recommend one that does.
- Installation planning. Bring a photo of your garden, and we can talk through base preparation, access, and electrics on the spot.
If you already know exactly which model you want, give us a quick call first, since we can often confirm stock and answer sizing questions before you commit to a visit. And if you are torn between two or three options, seeing them side by side tends to settle it faster than another hour of reading spec sheets, though our buyer's guide to hot tubs in Ireland is a decent starting point if you would rather read up first.
Getting Here
Athlone sits roughly in the middle of the country, which is what makes the drive manageable from most of Ireland. As a rough guide, allow about an hour from Galway and around an hour and a half from Dublin or Limerick, depending on traffic. We are on the Dublin Road at Bonavalley, and if you would rather have turn-by-turn directions from where you are starting, the map above will give you them.
Comparing ESG and Aquavia in Person
With two ranges now under one roof, the showroom is the fastest way to work out which suits you. Our ESG models are well established in Irish gardens and generally sit at a lower starting price. Aquavia brings European build standards, a broader size range, and a longer structural warranty at 15 years on the structure, 10 on the acrylic and 2 on components. Reading the specs online only gets you so far. Sitting in both, back to back, makes the difference clearer than a comparison table ever could. If you are specifically after a compact model, our two person hot tub range is a useful place to start before you visit.
Booking Your Visit
We are open Monday to Saturday during opening hours, and Sunday visits are by appointment only. If you want dedicated one-to-one time with a member of the team, particularly if you have detailed questions about installation or you are comparing several models, book ahead, ideally a day or two beforehand so we can make sure someone is free to spend proper time with you. Come in with an open mind and let the team talk you through what is available.
What to Bring With You
A visit goes further if you come prepared. Photos of the space you are considering, rough measurements of the area, and a sense of your budget all help the team give you a proper answer rather than a general one. If access to your garden or patio is tricky, a narrow side gate, steps, or a tight turn, mentioning that upfront means installation planning starts on day one rather than after delivery. Bring along anyone else involved in the decision too, since a hot tub or sauna is usually a household purchase rather than a solo one, and it is easier to agree on a model when everyone has had a chance to sit in it.
After You Buy
A showroom visit is not just about the day you buy. Our team provides installation guidance and ongoing aftercare once your tub is in, so the relationship does not end at the till. If you have questions three months or three years after installation, the same team that helped you choose the tub is who you will be talking to. Our customer reviews reflect that ongoing side of things, not just the day of purchase.
